Newbie

Hi everyone,
Just found you. I do Senior rescue in the Willamette Valley area of Oregon. We just lost one this past weekend, and my grieving is over...well, it won't ever really be as you all know.

Welcome Snowbird63,

It's great to have new blood. We haven't had much going on here lately. I should have explained to the group sooner, but I've had some health issues over the last several weeks. Everytime I get a chance to log on, I'm so far behind on my rescue lists that everything is too out of date for us to be useful. Things are looking up, though and I should be back to speed soon.

Thanks for the welcome. We just lost our Newfoundland, have a heinz 57 age 12 and a black Lab age 11 still sharing our home. Anything I can do for you just ask.

I am from Roseburg, to Fl. I volunteered at the Umpqua Valley Humane Society Thrift Store while I was in Roseburg...I enjoyed it so much, and met so many nice people... I feel you can always tell a person by the way they treat animals...
