10,000 vs 80,000
Ok I do not get it, McCain is hoping to fill a hall with 10,000 people. SAnd it is said they are giving away tickets in hopes of doing so. Obama is looking at croud of 80,000. Sooo big question is how can race be considered soo close?
Pets and Disasters
One unfortunate lesson of Katrina was that it doesn't work to force people to abandon their pets during evacuations. Many people perished during Katrina evacuations because they would not leave their companion animals. In "The State of Animals in Disaster" the Humane Society writes:
"Arguably the most significant achievement of the post-Katrina landscape is the passage of legislation to help prevent animals from being left behind in disasters.
One year and one month after Katrina hit, the U.S. Congress approved and the president signed into law the Federal Pets Evacuation and Transportation Standards (PETS) Act. The law, inspired by The HSUS, guarantees the inclusion of companion animals in disaster preparedness planning. States that don't comply will not be eligible for federal disaster funds."

Ok i have seen this game in several other groups and am going to start it here too....looks like fun...except this game will be animals...i will name an animal and you will name another animal using the LAST letter of the animal just posted.....for instance if i say Lizard you would say donkey....etc.

Delilah has her own bed, but quite often she jumps up into my bed and cuddles up with me. But if I get out of bed, she sprawls out and it is almost impossible for me to get back in. She doesn't sprawl the length of the bed (Queen Size) she sprawls the width of the bed. Geez girl...give me some room.

WOW!
That was awfully quick. The same day the will is read and Adam thinks he is the king of the Hill, Nikki finds Victor alive and well on the beach where she is desperately calling his name. It was so dramatic the way she looked up to his larger than life figure hovering over her emotionally and physically drained body through very foggy eyes. I knew she would be the one to find him. Now the will means absolutely nothing. Wait until the family find outs and the proverbial sh*t hits the humongous fan! But will Victor go home with Nikki? Will he put up a big fight? He appears to be in good health!
Oh my God. Did everyone get who Chloe really is? She is Esther's long lost daughter! What an amazing twist in the Chloe/Cane story. Esther was speechless when she realized this person she did not like even though she had never met her was actually her daughter Kate! Where will this story go from here?

Laundry detergent and Fabric softner
Ok, maybe, I'm the only one who noticed this, but if you use Gain liquid detergent, you can barely tell which is the detergent and which is the fabric softener. I almost washed my clothes with fabric softener and put detergent in the Downey ball!
