Old fashioned oats are definitely the way to go. First of all, they are not processed as instant ones are. Secondly, read the labels. Old fashioned oats are exactly that. Instant has salt and sugar and GOK what else added into them.

If you only cook one portion, you can only eat one. Besides, if you are going to eat extra of something, I'd choose this as the thing to overeat. It's good for you.
