Hi,
I've been to most of the United States, and lived in Several - let's see OH, IA, MO, MN, AZ, CO, WA. I'd love to live part time in HI and part time in WA - I hate the cold so I'll let you guess which season I'd like to spend where.

This site is slow. I am really surprised because I thought all the travelers would share their stories and pics with us.

I have been to all 50 most more than one time. Have lived in WY, MT, OR, AK. Finding I like the cold less and less. While I thought I would retire to the Rocky Mt. states, not so sure now. Maybe the southwest is a better idea.

Also been to all 50 states - some more than once. Every place has its own pluses and minuses - some greater than others. Just returned from a month in Hawaii (Kauai - new grandbaby) and am still freezing in my home in Oregon. I agree - the older I get the more I want to be somewhere warm in the winter - but warm in winter usually = scorching in summer!
