The sad truth of this matter seems to be that the American people have spoken decisively. We offered up Paul, with his vision of classic Liberalism, individual freedom/responsibility, real money and economic responsibility. He was the best funded of the Republican Candidates. He was ignored as a non-entity.
Instead, the masses flocked to a dark NeoMarxist loudly pronouncing his glittering generalities. A Liberal only in the NewSpeak sense. To boot - they voted in just about every socialist in sight to aid this great agent of "Change".
What we see coming together right now is completely in line with the spirit of this last election. And the presidency hasn't even changed hands yet.
It's true what they say. In Democracies, the people get the leaders they deserve.
