Sticky Message
An Apology
I want to offer an apology to all the great people who have used or even visited this "Ron Paul For President" site.
I began it with the hope that it would in some small way contribute to informing people about Dr. Paul and therefore aid in his election. The idea was that any reasonably intelligent person who knew what Ron Paul was trying to do, would HAVE to support his efforts.
While my co-moderator continued to contribute his 2 cents on a regular basis, I have been AWOL. While hardly an excuse, this has been a year of personal upheaval and tragedies. It's funny how life can intrude into more important things.
That being said, I have been thrilled with the response of those who used this site. You have made it your own and accomplished the goals of disseminating information and inspiring change in our broken system. I should have expected no less. I will leave this site up as long as people continue to use it to share their desires and ideas for a better definition of our government.
This grand experiment we call "America" is relatively young by world standards. Growing pains are still to be expected. It is only by the efforts of people like yourselves that see beyond their own lives, that positive change may occur.
To sin by silence when they should protest makes cowards of men.
