HI, just starting

Wonder what this group is like. hoping for a little advise on stress management..
Afew stressors... parent P.O.A. , under hospice now, daughter in Ca. not speaking.., dealing with "vultures" on not deceased parent!

Thank you for responding..No I haven't . I have been dealing with alot of different things.. I don't know how to go to a "session".
