Has anybody ???

Social Security Pictures, Images and Photos

For those of you surviving on Social Security Disability.

Have you ever received a letter telling you that they were going to stop your benefits?

I received one, and my mind is confused over the situation.

If anybody has dealt with a situation like this, i could use some advice, and encouragement.

Such a letter can be frightening. I would suggest you find your way to the nearest Social Security Office and have them explain the letter to you. There are many possibilities behind what the letter might mean and there might be some information that they need. I believe that SSDI requires that their information about you and your condition has to be updated periodically.

Once you know exactly what is happening then you can decide what steps need to be taken next.

Yes, I believe you have to be reevaluated rather routinely. It might also require you returning to your doctor to update. Sweet luck and easy time.

I have the necesssary documents in hand now. I will know more, after my appointment next week.
