I just wanted to let everyone know that for the next week or so I will be sprucing up our group.

We currently have 687 members, many of those people have not visited the group in over a year and several of those people are no longer a member of Eons.

There are 2,000 invitations to join the former group (sent by the previous management) that have not responded so I will be deleting those.

And 600 messages! Who has time to read through all of those? I will be weeding through them for awhile!

I'm not really sure what's happening here. I can guess some who wanted to advertise their "work" were excluded by EONS but I can't tell who left and who's here. Anyway that's not important. What's important is the group stays alive and we "innocent " members who are truly interested in the paranormal continue to share their experiences and views here. Good Luck to you ,I'm sure you'll work things out and make this group what it's supposed to be!

I am glad that you changed the name from group 2. I have enjoyed many of the discussions in each of the paranormal groups, with their diverse clientele, each have many good members, and much input about the different things that we have learned about the unusual.

So nice to meet you. I haven't been here for a month or two while things were being sorted out. I am sure you will do a great job here, thanks for all the effort you are putting into the "spruce up".

Thank you FroggyNana. I have put a small dent in cleaning the group up. I have deleted 200 members that have not visited in the past year. I still have 134 pages of invitations to delete from the previous management, I think the invited anyone and everyone they came across to pump their numbers up.

My goodness, that's a lot of people. I hope you are not going to delete people who just check in to read and don't have anything to say. I'm sure I am not the only one who loves to read the posts but, doesn't often post.
