For the most part, I have not found the kinds of stores that I am looking for, however, I have not had much time to look. I will be visiting State College this Thanksgiving, and I hope to find information on natural food stores, etc there. I will report my findings. Thanks for your support.

I found that he prices for "natural" foods at stores in the State College area are far too high to be considered seriously, however, we did locate a cheese maker- Mark J. Stoltzfus, Mill Hall, PA 17751. They make and sell (certified by P.C.O.) Organic cheeses.
