there are so many here that sound so good that I do not know which to try first. I will read through them and going to fix me a menu for next week and try some of these. Thanks everyone. I will have to see which recipe I have that sounds good.
First must comment Pigs...your recipe is like my favorite except the type of soup. My children like mushroom sometimes, and I prefer cream of chicken. Either makes this meal sooooo good doesn't it?
Planning to try many of the recipes mentioned...Thanks

Chicken "Catatorie" (which I know is supposed to include the bones but his is boneless). I get a lot of requests for this recipe.
6 fresh or frozen chicken breasts
1 jar of prepared red pasta sauce (my favorite is Classico Spicey Tomatoe and Pesto)
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup of grated parmessian cheese
Cooked rice.
Throw everything in the pot except the green pepper, parmessian cheese and rice. Cook for about 6-8 hours, adding grn peppers in the last hour. Add parmessian cheese about 15mins before serving.
Dish chicken and sauce over cooked rice. Very easy and very yummy.
