Confession time: I’m a cheapskate. Some would say frugal, which sounds much more positive, but in reality I can be a real cheapskate.

Went to the Olive Garden Friday night. They have an $8.95 endless pasta, salad and bredsticks promotion. Six or more choices, as many refill as you can eat... and get this, our waitress actually encouraged us to take the last one home!
So, the next day, along with a meat I prepared, we had leftover spaghetti and sauce, enough for another meal!
So, we had a night out and with a coupon for $4. it cost us under $18. w/ tax, plus tip and we had actually 4 meals @ about $5. a serving.

Not bad at all. We always take our leftovers home. Olive Garden is one of my favorite places to dine.
