Quest for animal prey begins in earnest in the woods with no apparent qualms.

Racks on vehicles as triumphant hunters return.

Sweaters being donned as holiday decorations begin appearing in stores.

The cycle of life continuing...autumn marking the continual march of time.

Under piles of leaves the ground goes to sleep protected by nature's umbrella.

Love walking through leaves. :) I even like raking them. I did 1 1/2 miles yesterday. Will try to get out today before it rains.

This bum did no walking for two days..After the snow,it warmed up,and rained...Slush about 5" deep..Till this crap freezes,im staying inside..Wet socks is not fun..

I am with you Sue - love those leaves. Weird as it may seem, leaves on the ground relax me...and yes, I too love to rake, crunch them as I walk and watch them turn colors and then fall.

did 1.5 miles this afternoon with my grand daughters at the park, fed the ducks and geese, fed apple slices to the deer and elk, and dodged a snake that crossed the walking path!! EEEEHHKK

would have done about a mile more but the farm zoo was closed for the season. :o(
