Good Morning Everyone!

GooMorning Fellow Hoosiers!! Hope this find severyone alright!! Am not bdoing too bad and the weather has been so beautiful!1 Warm days and cool ights. the last couple or three days have been hot though and we are suppoed to be up to around 87 today again!! and then rain tuesdaya nd wednesdaya nd then back to more seasonal temps theya re saying. We are still having a few tomatoes and the banana peppers are still good. I think though that within the next couple of weeks we will be cleaning out thegarden for the winter. I planted some winter onions that my cousin gave me and he told me that Iwould have some in March. My mohter always planted then in the fall and we had big onions the next spring. Still hav epetunias blooming in the flower garde. Most of then flowers are gone but we do stil have a few.
Have the yard and front porch all decked out for halloweeen. have had a lot of nice comments from people on it already. My youngest son did most of the decorating, He does a real good job. Halloween ahs always been a favorit eof his since he as a young boy. The granddaughters enjoyed it so much last year since thier dad moved to this own placae we never see the granddguters. we have seen them twice in the last six weeks. i miss them but the dad has a new girlfriend and they are choosing tospend time with her isntead of us. so i doubt that hey even get to see the decorations this year. we were so suedto having them around for about every holiday and this year will be weird!!!
Well I sur ehope that everyone has a great sunday and can relax and enjoy themslves. hubby had to work overnight so he will be sleeping until noon or after and I am trying to get caught up on laundry!! You all hav e agreat day now and willt lak to you later!! Love this group!!!!

I noticed yesterday, while mowing the yard, that the spiders are spinning their web parachutes to let the wind carry them elsewhere. Also the farmers market is completely out of sweet corn and the tomatoes are sort of red, but still have a lot of yellow and green. In August I could mow until well after 8:30 p.m. but last evening it seemed that a cosmic door was slammed shut at 7:30 and I had to quit mowing. Although we haven't had a frost as yet, the trees are turning colors and the leaves are falling pretty heavily.
I guess I lament the passing of summer even though it is a pretty time of the year because it means that winter is on the way with the high heat bills.
Keep the faith.
