Swap Biden for Hilary for V.P. spot?

We've all heard the rumor that on October 5th Joe Biden will bow out due to "health problems" and Hillary will step in to give Obama a shot since Sarah Palin has him shaking in his boots. This is one of the reasons why it would be a BAD idea.
