Placing a Border around Pictures on eons Servers

You can make a border appear in your eons messages, replies and announcements by adding the tag 'border=size' at the end of your image address...

Example...No Border:

<img src='http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/ j4/TYMDesigns/Eons_Group/ welcomeboyscout.gif'>

Example...Border:

<img src='http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/ j4/TYMDesigns/Eons_Group/ welcomeboyscout.gif' border='5'>

The higher the border='number' the thicker the border...

Example...Thicker Border:

<img src='http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/ j4/TYMDesigns/Eons_Group/ welcomeboyscout.gif' border='10'>

Questions?

Hi, Lee. What if I want to color coordinate a border to go with this photo? I have been adding borders before importing my photos, but it would be nice if I could change it around when showing to different groups. Thanks, jj

In eons posts, replies, announcements, etc., although you can easily adjust the SIZE of the border, you can not specify the color of the border...it will always be the same color as your text unless it is a link.

Reminder...

CAUTION: The smaller the picture, the faster it will load. DO NOT attempt to upload LARGE pictures to your post. Members and visitors using dial-up connections to the Internet do not appreciate having to wait a long time for your picture or image to load. If your picture is large, follow the following instructions:

Step One: Locate your picture on your Photobucket page (the page where the uploaded picture is located) and click your mouse on the PICTURE.

Step Two: After clicking on the PICTURE, you will be taken to the EDIT page at Photobucket. You will see your picture and above the box in which the picture appears you will see the following options: Click to Add Title (Edit), Full Size, Resize, Rotate, Share, Send to Mobile, Order Prints, Delete. Click your mouse on RESIZE.

Step Three: When you click your mouse on RESIZE, you will be presented with various size options. Click your mouse on the size option you wish to choose. This will automatically resize your photo/image.

Step Four: You will now be presented with your resized image. Near the top of the page, you will see the options:

my album | go pro | help | find stuff

Click your mouse on MY ALBUM. You will now be returned to your album page (the page on which your picture is located).
