Is there a god or gods? How do you know?

Do you believe in God? Why?

Are you an atheist? Skeptic? Then what DO you believe in?

The very fact that I'm breathing and thinking assures me that God exist.

The very fact that if I ask, I shall receive assures me that God exist.

Seeing this beautiful expanding universe assure me that God exist.

Just the simple knowing inside of me...that spark of light that radiates love, assures me that God exist.

We don't need to see, feel, hear, touch or smell to know the existence of the creator...it's a simple knowing born within.

YIKES, Marti! What's up with you -starting these quagmires??? What a pot-stirrer you are! But hey, I like it!

If no one stirs the pot, the contents of it become stagnant; never mix with the other contents added to it to actually make something else that is more than te sum of the contents. For example: flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and butter would never become cookies if they weren't stirred together to make cookie dough - resulting in Butter Cookies! :-)

Ooh--citygal-how much for the sugar cookies? I love those! Is there a wine concession? I don't want to start one, I just want a glass--I intend to linger and visit here regularly, to see all the different opinions. I'll post mine, later, when I'm not at work.

Ok i have brought the chips! And the candy bars and bags of candy for those of us who need a sugar high once we get going!

Am taking that chair over there with my back to the wall...dont want my back turned to anyone never know what might happen!
