I collect so many things it's hard to say what I like the best. My son in AZ hikes and digs and he sent me a perfume bottle shaped like a flapper. Ir's about 2-3" high and is stamped Germany 14 August 1928. I love it and told him to keep on digging.
Take care.

Greetings!

Wow this looks like a great "place".. just what I've been looking for.

I've been looking for a place to find info on some things I want to sell and to find where to sell them. I've had problems with EBay and PayPal too. Craigslist hasn't been great either though I did sell some low priced items there. I've got classical LPs I'd like to sell, oriental rugs (old), Swarovski Christmas Ornaments (1999 & 2000) limited edition and a Victorian Chaise lounge. Not sure how things work here so forgive me if this is not the way to do things here.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Seasons greetings to all!

April

Could someone tell me about wooden tea carts, my husband got one at an auction. I have searched all over the net looking for something similiar.. It is on wheels, two wheels are big and the two I guess you would say in the front are small.. It has drop leaf sides, a serving tray. a drawer, and a towel rack.. This is just a guess on my part but I'm thinking maybe 1950s.. I can't seem to find one like it to compare too.. Oh and it also has a shelf on the bottom.. It is real nice, but it does have some scruff marks from use.. Which I think gives it character.

HI meemaw, perhaps you could upload a picture for us so that we can surf around for something that near or exactly like it.

Glad to see that there is a place where we can discuss antiques.Besides being one myself I have several.Would anyone know what I talking about when I say 1948 Tucker?I have two models of that one made by Franklin Mint. Also have many other models by Franklin Mint.Another item by Franklin Mint and also Bradford Press are Marlyn Monroe and John Deere farm plates.Does anyone know where I can find the date and value for a Homart Water Separator in original color?Another item I would like to find a good home for are six of the old time Model "T" coils.I guess that is enough to keep people busy for awhile so will close.Rollie
