About Who's Caring for Caregivers?
Managers & Moderators
Description
This group opens the lines of communication to caregivers and how they take care of their loved ones, learn to keep active in their own interests and take care of themselves first. If we do not take care of ourselves first, there will be two of us to care for by someone else. Let's not go there.
