Holiday House

Frustrated
Went to my therapy session tonight. I'm really getting bummed out. This was absolutely the worst session we've had. A lot of silent periods. It seems his solution to my problem of not being able to get myself to look for a job is that I should just write a date to do it on my appointment calendar and just do it! Hey! If it were that easy, I'd have done it already! GRRRRRRRR
He actually shared something about his past with me. In relation to my extra hesitancy in looking for a job because of my experience with losing my last job. He told me that he was fired from his very first job as a school councelor. He said they actually told him he wasn't good and would never be! I hate to say this, but at the moment, I was almost agreeing with them! Mean spirited of me. :-( I'm just feeling frustrated and negative. Sorry.
