How many of you over 50 have tatoos? When did you get it? My dad had one that he got in the service. It was a red heart on his upper right arm with his Sir name in it.
I loved it so much! When he passed away last month, I had it put on my upper right arm to keep a part of him with me
always.

I'm back

I have been off line for 63 days. After 55 years I quit smoking and needed to stay away from places I smoked a lot. The computer was one of those places. Back now and ready for another tatoo.

Hi All

Took some time to get here,lol...I love ink!!!My daughters love ink...as soon as the scabs dry,were already figuring out what we want next..An old biker got me first, drew out the perfect Jerr Bear,inked it tye dyed..Still beautiful colors...

New Tats

I have 10 so far,both upper arms(a flower ringlet about 2 inches wide that goes all the way around and a fancy musical clef on the other),a shamrock on my left ankle and an entire charm bracelet around my right,the charms have my parents and sisters dates. I have a small lion and flower grouping on the left thigh and a very large lion on my right.On my right calf I have a blue rose and lower a crying heart.The first one I got is on my upper right shoulder and is very old and faded,but the most memorable.I can't have anymore unless someone comes to the house because I got Hep C from the first one and can't go to a tattoo place.I want a couple more,but I need to meet another tattoist who will do his tats in my home.I used to know a couple,none of these were done in shops.Wish me luck:0)

Two Tattoos thus far

Hello there, name is Donna and I currently have two tattoos. Both on my right upper shoulder and one below the other. The first one is of a rose and a bit of stem and the second is also a rose but just the flower that was a cover up for a name I had. I am 51 years old and them them both done when I was 21. I am looking forward to getting a few more and know pretty much what I want, just that living on a limited income and being disabled, it will take a while to get them.
