I need to empty out my pool, do you think a Submersible Electric Bilge Pump will work for me? I haven't the slightest clue what to do about this...and I need to replace the liner. Oh yes, it is above ground pool.

What's for dinner, folks?
We just got back from grocery shopping. Whew---getting more expensive each time!
We are going to have Steak-Ums with onions & peppers. Easy but good. On nice soft rolls.

Ac/Phomes/TV/Internet
All of the above went out on us today. It was a bit ironic, my husband said perhaps we should get a cell phone, as he suffers from panic attacks on occasion. We did and that is all we had for most of the day today. I almost had a panic attack myself. But I was able to get Bright House out here on an emergency and the AC people also. So all is well once again,,,for how long?

If you have out of state friends or family, come to visit, where do you make sure they get to go? Any certain sights?
We always take our visitors to Ft Desoto, The Pier, and definately over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.

Storm Intensity????
Does anyone think the thundertorms are worse this year? They certainly are in my area of Riverview. We are getting lightning strikes all around & on top of us these days. I don't rememeber the storms being this bad since 2004, when we moved here. My older dog is definately frazzled this year.
A storm is moving in from Bartow & we just started with some hail.
I am on battery, wireless. Hubby's TV satellite just went out in the middle of a ball game with 3 men on base. That's trouble.
