Goodnite everyone
When I was a kid I would lay in bed and wish I could say goodnite to all my friends at one time! Life is good because with the computer it is now possible!

One week to go!!!
I can't belive the time has gone so fast. The caterer and mariachis have been booked. The cake has been ordered. I met with the wedding planner and she is ordering the flowers and the linens table clothes. I still need to order about 6 tables. The yard is still being worked on. The cleaning lady came one day and will return this week. The rings were bought and engraved and they mis-spelled Robertos's name. I have to find a hotel room for his sister and nieces flying in on Saturday from Chicago. I found a cute white sundress to change into after the service. The music for the service is being worked on. My friends husband is singing. The music for the party is going to be put together with the suggestions you guys made.
Anything I have forgotten?? Oh yeah I still need a photographer but my daughter is gonna handle that one. Now as for me.. I am exhausted and just want this to be over. I did all this for my daughters and grandbabies as I felt I at least owed them something to remember this occasion. Am I scared???? Hxxx yeah I am. I feel queasy like when you get on a roller coaster and feel your heart in your throat. I have no doubts as Bob is a great person but after 25 years it is scary to change you life style... Keep
me in your prayers.

A Prayer for Moogie
I have not heard anything from or about Moogie so I just wanted us to have a group prayer for her. May she be safe wherever she may be. I pray that the reason she is not here with us today is because she is blissfully happy with the man of her dreams somewhere in a remote island where there is no internet.
But God you are everywhere and you listen to our prayers. If she is ill, only you have the power to make her well or to be merciful. Please keep our dear friend safe and bring her back to us.

Woman Pregnant with 18th Child
I just read a story of a woman who, at 41 years, is pregnant with her 18th child. What do you think, ladies and gents? Any lady here thinks she could handle having maybe 20 children by the age of 45?

Mothers Day in Mexico
I have two elderly lady neighbors who each live alone. One has family around the corner, but the other doesn't seem to have anyone.
In Mexico, yesterday was Mothers Day, and the flower vendors were out in full force everywhere, and there were a number of them by the park where I run. So I picked up a couple of small bouquets for my two neighbors. Beautiful peach color roses.
Mothers Day in Mexico. If you think it is big in the US you ain't seen nuthin'! All the schools had presentations and shows, and there were parades in the center on Friday night, and fireworks, and yesterday a special mother's mass was said at the cathedral and broadcast on loudspeakers that could be heard for blocks.
I gave the flowers to my neighbors, and you can't imagine the reaction. It cost me so little, and made such a big impact.
