Meg needs a prayer...
Hi All,
I've been requesting prayers for others and now I'm going to need one for myself. I have just be diagnosed with a Cerebral Spinal Fluid Leak (CSF). This all started with an ear infection back in March and after I had a tube put in my ear in August, they realized there was a problem when the draining didn't stop. It might be as easy to fix as just opening up the ear in surgery and fixing the leak. Or, they may have to do head surgery and fix the dura or coating of the brain behind the ear. That's more serious. So I'm praying for the first option. Maybe you can do that, too. I'll know more when I see the neursurgeon on the 15th of this month. I'll keep you posted. Thanks everyone... you are like my online angels.

The Coastal States
I know it goes without saying that the people of God on the coastal areas of the US are in dire need of prayer. The media is declaring the hurricane called Ike to be a terrible storm likely to hit the Gulf Coast again next week. I believe if the people of God will do what He said, humble themselves and pray, turn from their evil ways then God will hear from heaven and heal their land. If Christians wqill stand in agreement against this storm I believe God will stop it where it stands and turn it to North Atlantic where it will do no harm, please please pray for this. People in Haiti cannot stand much more, and we as God's children do not need the political parties and oil companies to use this as an excuse to further raise gas prices!

I have a friend here in EONS, who's brother is battling cancer. Please pray for Carl, and all of his family. Carl is very ill. They are all going through alot, as you can imagine. Please pray for God's healing, Peace, and Direction for this family. Thank you so much, Nolen
