The Mardi Gras Carnival festivities in the US originated at Mobile, AL migrating to New Orleans, thence throughout the entire Gulf Coast states. Hurricane Katrina survivor and transplant Dan Ellis brings New Orleans and Mississippi Gulf Coast traditions to Eueka Springs, AR with a 7-day Carnival.
