HERE'S HOW TO ALWAYS BUY FRESH BREAD
When you buy bread, have you ever wondered which loaf is the freshest?
Did you know that bread is delivered fresh only five days a week?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Each day has a different color twist tie.
They are:
Monday = Blue,
Tuesday = Green
Thursday = Red
Friday = White
Saturday = Yellow
The colors go alphabetically by color. Blue- Green - Red - White - Yellow.
Monday through Saturday. Easy to remember.
So, if today was Thursday, you would want a red twist tie; not white which is
Fridays (almost a week old)!
I checked it out, and bread wrappers DO have different colored twist ties...even the ones with plastic clips have different colors.
You'll always enjoy fresh bread when you buy it with the right color on the day you are shopping.

Soften Up New Jeans...
You have to pay quite a bit more for jeans that already have that soft,comfy "used" feel. You can buy less expensive ,but stiffer jeans,and get the same effect by doing the following...
COMFY JEANS. To get a well-worn feel for your new denim, wash them in warm water with regular detergent and a half cup of coarse table salt. The sodium in the coarse crystals softens the new denim to make it as cozy as your older, well-worn threads. Now your jeans feel as fabulous as they look!

Walking tips
Did you know that if you have a bad back or balance problems walking with Nordic Poles will help boost your stability? It also increases resistance allowing you to use your upper body as well as legs giving you an additional 25-30 percent calorie burning increase per hour. So look into walking with Nordic Poles. Don't know where to get them probably a sporting goods store.
July 4th
Although the Declaration of Independance was adopted in 1776, congress didn't approve July 4th as a Federal Holiday until 1870. Which seems appropriate since our country was still going through internal battles. This country has come a long way and it wasn't easy for us. But we do have plenty to celebrate on the 4th. Many good things have come about and many things still need to be changed. Many things are getting worse. But this is our country and I choose to love it. So July fourth I will celebrate what freedoms we still have left with a picnic and watching the neighbors fireworks.
Is there something special you'll be doing? I wish all of you a happy and joyful 4th of July. This country may not be all we want it to be but it is all we have and together we can change the bad parts.
