Good morning group...hope you all have a great day?! I'm off to check the park and then will return to see what you all might be planning for this day. Our up-coming week doesn't look promising so I'll try to do all of the outside stuff....later....TC

Very Tired....

After a bit of very subtle prodding from the other half, I decided to re-paint the garage walls....to do that I had to move a bunch of "stuff" and a few cabinets. It really does look much better and, in a moment of insanity, I also painted the wooden storage cabinets to match the walls!

Not to fear though, after a shower I've regained my "normal self" and am hiding in the basement watching the Olympic trials....can only be "efficient" for so long, right?! Plus, that was a BIG check off on the "honey-do list"...should cover me for a couple days, lol!!

Ok, back to the couch, TV and probably a brief snooze....see ya in the AM!....TC

Good morning all.Yep, up already, been up for awhile.I went to bed a little early last night.Was pooped,the boss had me pulling weeds for about 10 mins yesterday.
Not sure but thought I just saw Luv's crew coming in from the wedding.LOL Hope the weather and everything went well for them.Was just reading TC's post and can see thats he is a pro!When it comes to recovering from the honey doo list there are certain steps to follow.
Will be heading out to the flea market searcing for treasures in about hr.Hope it will be as good as last week.Did really well.Figured it out, with my son selling for me and myself we should have everything gone by June 2018.lol Thats the one closet.lol

Wedding day is here!

It was so much fun spending the 4th with all of you! The food, parade and fireworks were awesome. My daughter's wedding day has arrived! It has been raining so we are hoping that it stops and clears up. The hairdresser has arrived at 4:45 a.m., the egg casserole is in the oven, fruit salad and cinnamon buns are ready, as well as hot coffee and oj. Stop by and see all the pretty ladies! Best wishes to all for a spectacular Saturday!

Good Morning...

All of the women folk are "sleeping in"...I just cannot seem to do that anymore. Once the sun comes up and for sure by 7am, I simply have to get up. Not that I run out and begin work, first coffee and the paper need to be dealt with, then work. I guess it is a good thing I work at the park (or during the school year, go in early) or I'd be making too much noise and find myself in trouble!

Of course, I'll be dozzing off during the news while "they" will still be active, so I guess it balances out?

Any big plans today or just recover from the holiday? I'm not wanting to do anything special, but I've not gotten my "do list" from the other half yet either, lol!

Alright, time for a fresh pot of coffee and a danish...come join me and share your thoughts/plans for the day....positive thoughts headed your way...TC
