Palm Beach County Florida
Hi All,
I am a Realtor in Jupiter, Fl, a fantastic area in North Palm Beach County just 10 miles north of West Palm Beach. With the correcting real estate market, you can really buy some great deals now. We have mortgage deals that only require 3% down for properties under approximately $430,000. Many properties offer seller concessions like a credit toward closing costs or we can negotiate these kinds of concessions. Since it's a Buyer's Market, it's a great time to negotiate wisely!! Check out my web site at www.KathleenNagro.com or my blog. "Real Estate and Lifestyle in Southeast Florida" at www.realtown.com/knagro/blog.
I am also expertly familiar with the magnificent choices of communities on the high end of our market. This area offers the best, most exclusive country club communities such as The Ritz Residences and Golf Club, Old Palm, Frenchmen's Creek, Frenchmen's Reserve, Ballen Isles, Mirasol, etc. So, if you have $2 to $10+ million to spend for the ultimate luxurious home and surroundings....call me. I would love to help you find your next home here in paradise! Thanks, let's talk soon.

Hello All!
Just a quick hello out there to everyone! GUESS WHAT? The market here in the Ft Lauderdale area isn't nearly as bad as the media tries to make it out to be (actually, that would be impossible). Email me if yo have any questons about the area!

Northeast Florida
Hi from Northeast Florida! I live in the area of Amelia Island,Fernandina Beach,Callahan,Hilliard and North Jacksonville. It's a really nice place to live. We get some change of seasons here and outside of Jacksonville, life is quiet and slower paced.
The city is just a short drive away,we have great beaches and parks nearby, golf courses, lots of rivers and streams for boating -lots to do and see. It's a nice place to live.
I am a Realtor here and the market is picking up. If anyone is thinking about buying in this area - there are a lot of beautiful homes and condos to choose from at very, very good prices.
I would be more than happy to give anyone information about this part of Florida.

South West Fla. RE Market
Just recieved an email from a realestate agent freind from Cape Coral, Fla. She recently attended a broker seminar dealing with the projected market forcast for 2008. "A rosy picture they painted," she wrote. Things are looking up for the South West Fla. markets this year! I'm sceptical about the whole thing. When my girlfriend Barbara and I were down to Fort Myers Beach in Dec. 07, People were leaving in droves because there was no work and they were losing thier homes to forclosures. You can pick up a nice home that went for $300,000 two years ago for about $140,000. That is where the market is right now!!!

Hello
Hello, I lived in Florida most of my life and painted murals all over the state. I have owned several homes there and love talking about Real Estate. I have several realtor friends in Florida and we have watched "The Fall" of prices. Worse yet we have watched the exodis of people from the state who are unhappy with terrible roads, high taxes, high insurance rates and overbearing city and county laws, and of course the hurricanes. The media keeps saying real estate is at a stand still in Florida because of the mortgage crunch...but there is more to it than that. It may be the biggest reason, but its not the only reason. People who are considering buying in Florida right now might want to consider the cost of living there. Real Estate prices may be falling, but the cost of living there is still very high compared to other Southern States.
Palm Beach County Florida
Hi there! I just joined this group as I live in Jupiter, Florida and sell real estate there. I moved to Florida 2 1/2 years ago from the northeast, Ridgefield, CT. I was also a Realtor in CT and still hold my license there. Florida is just the best. The weather (but not today) is usually spectacular and I love being just blocks from the beach and I love all the sub-tropical vegetation and the many varieties of birds. Jupiter has some of the best beaches and the community is landscaped gorgeously. I will in my future posts give some specific details on what local prices are for homes these days. The market here continues to correct and prices have come down substantially over the last year. There are many pre-foreclosure opportunities and with interest rates at a record low, this is a great time to buy. I look forward to our continuing Florida real estate discussions! Bye for now.
