Loose poopy

I'm looking for suggestions on hints for a more formed stool for my dog. (Vet culture is pending.) I've tried rice, rice water, and only dry food. Not as watery as diarrhea, but without form. Help!

Domino has an adoption app pending

There is an adoption application for Domino - it looks like a wonderful home for him. A home visit has to be done before the application will be approved. The person has wonderful references from her vet.

I'm going to miss that dear sweet boy, but I know he will benefit from the one on one attention he will get in a home with fewer critters. He has learned that he is safe here, and people aren't all bad. Kelly collie has taught him how to play. I guess it's time he graduated to his own home.

Here is a picture of Domino as he is today - a huge improvement from the frightened skinny matted pom that was rescued from the puppy mill in September 2007.

Financial assistance

My daughter who lives in Lake Tahoe was sitting at the lake on a blanket with her baby and her yorkie, who weighs 4 lbs,..
when a mixed pit bull breed charged and attacked her dog, she has had her dog at the vet 4 times already and now has to take her to a eye specialist in Reno as they think her little eye might have to be taken out...I know there are groups that offer financial aid, would appreciate any web sites you could offer.

Useless?

I'm wondering if anyone has tried Dr. Frank's Joint Pain Relief spray for dogs. I posted this question in another group and was directed to a blog where its effectiveness was intrepreted as questionable if not useless, but I am wondering if anyone has tried it, and what the results were.

My new pup

This is Bertie, I got here last week and haven't seen the parents....I have no idea what she is. She's only about 6 weeks now. But she's a stocky little feisty girl. Caught on to her name and no very fast. I'm gonna take her to the vet this week and get her checked out. I think she may have pit bull in her but her tail curls up and she has blue eyes....and ideas?
