thunder rolls...

as they say...started early today @ my house...outside and inside!...lol...dogs are hiding...and so am i... :)...

good day to curl up with the cat...a good book...an old b/w movie...a tuna fish sandwich...(hmmm...now i know why the cat is mz friendly!...)...or some good "thunder" tunes...

Mike and I will see you at Friday jazz in Cocoa Village. Lunch after? Depending on the weather later, we'll probably go to watch fireworks too. K.

Mike's departure

A message to all of you from my wonderful brother: Mike asked me to convey his appreciation for your friendship during his short stay with us (he leaves in the morning and I miss him already). He really enjoyed being included in our group activities. Nick - a special thanks to you for your kind words (I just read your reply to him over the phone). He's already looking forward to coming back and hanging out with us when he comes to Florida again. Let's hope that will be soon! I too, want to thank all of you for accepting him in our group and being so nice. You are all THE BEST!!

Sunday brunch

Mike and I decided not to go to Mimi's tomorrow. It's his last day and we're still trying to drag Mom out to the port for lunch. It was planned for today; she said she didn't want to go, then later asked why we weren't going. A bit of confusion there. SO - lunch is back on for tomorrow (if Mom joins us or not).

Enjoyed the fireworks Friday night - great show and weather was fine.
