I would like you to stop by this group if you are a caregiver for your parents. First of all - thank you...it is not easy and not everyone realizes how hard it is.
This site is where people that are taking care of their elderly and aging parents come to share problems, get ideas, vent frustrations, find out how to keep dealing with elderly anger, depression, mental and sometimes physical abuse from your loved ones while you are repaying the debt of love and care they gave you.

Do you have sleep apnea (sometimes called obstructive sleep apnea or OBS)? Insomnia or similar sleep disorder? Falling asleep in the daytime, or at the wheel of your car? Always tired? Others sleep problems? Have you talked to a doctor? Do you know what a sleep study is? What diagnosis have you been given in relation to your sleep problems. What have they suggested for you? Surgery and/or C-PAP?

How To
I see in many posts that others are able to change the color and font of their messages. I was wondering how this is done. Also, many people add "view link" and videos to their messages or replies. How is that done?
It's taken an entire month...LOL!
Oh My Gosh! I've been so busy living my life of chaos that I didn't realize I had been assigned a group or that Suzy was my first friend contact! LOL! Well, a little late, but I'm glad I'm here and I'm excited to figure out this new group site! So, my name is Karen and I live in Nebraska where it is FLAT! I grew up in the Rocky Mountains and so I am still (even after 10 years) adjusting to FLAT! So, I am married (36 years) have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren, 1 bird and 1 sweet dog (rescued from Katrina). I hope to have more friends soon! Blessings and Hugs, Karen

Privacy of groups
I tried to view a group that shows up when I search, but keep getting messages that I'm not allowed to see the members or any other information about the group. According to the FAQ section, if it's completely private, it shouldn't show up in a search. Wondering if there is a way to request the moderator to consider me for membership. Any ideas? Mary

I just formed a group called MALTIPOO MADNESS. You don't need a dog to join, just a genuine interest and love for our four-legged buddies. One week ago I adopted a Maltipoo, a Maltese / Poodle mix breed. I am very interested in learning more about Malteses, Poodles, Maltipoo, and of course any dog or dog topic you want to talk about!
