Having fun
We had our granddaughter this past weekend. We went to dinner, and boy was she a little lady. She's almost 3 yrs old. Then we went to the park to play. It was Grandpa's job to watch her from up on the towers, I watched her from the ground. I even managed to climb a tire ladder to get into a wooden boat.
We were supposed to watch the fireworks, but she fell asleep right before they went off and the booms didn't wake her!
On Sunday, it was play, play, play! I am just now recovering. I was so tired from all the activity I'm not used to. Sometimes I couldn't stay awake and fell asleep whether I was lying down or sitting in my chair.
All in all we had a wonderful weekend. How did you spend your holiday weekend?

Limbrel, Voltaren Gel
Has anyone tried these medicines? If so do they work and what are the side effects. My knees are swollen also. Summer and humidity. Tallcathy61

You all know I rescently got shots in both my knees.
we I have been falling alot.I feel the other day and landed on both my knees,well the shots aren't going to help now. cause they hurt like rip.

SUNDAY MORNING
HOW IS EVERYBODY THIS SUNDAY MORNING.I FEEL RUFF WE HAD RAIN MOVING IN AND I HURT SO BAD THAT I COULDN'T LAY DOWN.
I EVEN GOT TO WHERE IT WAS HARD TO BREATHE,EVEN THIS MORNING BROCULAR TUBES ARE ACKEING.I ALSO HAVE OA IN MY BREAST BONES FROM WORKING IN THE GARMENT PLANTS FOR YEARS.
ITS BEEN A LONG NIGHT AND LOOKS LIKE A LONG DAY.

It's Been Working
I tried Aleve for the first time to relieve my Arthur pain. And to my suprise, it really worked!
Granted I'm still stiff, but moving better than before.

That sugar,caffine and salt cause's artritis pain to be
