Description
This group is for those 49 an over who have struggled with depression during their lives. We have learned much from our depression that we can share with each other. When depression re-surfaces, we need a place to share with others who understand. This group is a place to do both of those things and in doing so, UPLIFT yourself.
Guidelines
We are not professionals, therefore we do not give advice. We listen to one another and offer support. We do talk about what works for us and always encourage our members to get advice from professionals. We are not a Political Group so please save your politics for those groups. We are people of many different beliefs and we respect one another's beliefs. We do not proselytize in this group.
