This group is devoted to answering questions and helping new and old members find their way around Eons! This is the go-to group where you can discuss the Terms of Use, manage your Eons account issues, keep up on recent development on Eons.com – and ask your general questions about getting around on Eons!
Guidelines
As in Eons Support Groups, the Eons Terms of Use are strictly enforced: only helpful and constructive comments are allowed.
Additional groups that can provide member support and help are included in the next sticky message – “Additional Eons Support Groups”.

* Find tips, ideas, and other helpful information about where to go and what to see on the site.

Please remember, all of the volunteers are volunteers! They are not Eons staff members. If you're a seasoned Eons member and want to volunteer your expertise, join the groups and jump in (especially needed here in Getting Around on Eons). More volunteers = faster answers. If it's an issue only the Eons Team can answer, we're working to get you answers faster and appreciate your patience.
