Eons Tech Help is your one-stop-shop for technical trouble-shooting as it relates to your Eons experience; to be clear: this is not the appropriate place to ask what new laptop to purchase or anti-virus software to use. Rather, Eons Tech Help is a forum where our most seasoned Eons members will assist you with troubleshooting issues you may encounter on Eons.
Guidelines
These types of technical, site-related issues may include – as an example – a particular feature that doesn’t work for you; in Eons Tech Help, you’ll find helpful assistance with determining if your individual browser or computer settings are part of the technical issue at hand.
As with all Eons Support Groups, the Eons Terms of Use are strictly enforced: no bad behavior will be tolerated, as Eons Team firmly believes that if your comment is not conducive to the dialog, it's not relevant, appropriate, or welcome in this particular group.
