I saw an article about the company in the Boston Globe and thought, “That’s where I want to be!” A friend set up a job interview for me, and I was in.
Jeff Taylor, Eons Founder and CEO says, “It’s half about a better job and half about a better life.”
That resonates with me.
My work and my family have been at the foundation of my life, from the start of my career in 1975, through my years of training, writing and consulting in the HR field.
Today, at 56, as my children go off to college and my life becomes my own, I am energized by my 20- and 30-something colleagues, inspired by my 50+ Eons colleagues, excited by the sense of urgency in creating a successful internet startup, and motivated to do the best work of my career.
