My head/neck/shoulder pain is back in full force and nothing is helping it. I took 2 pain pills and also a muscle relaxer and so far nothing has eased it. The blood sugar was 111 today but hopefully even better than that tomorrow. All is well with the world here in bama. In the boonies but with hubby and his family so all is well.
