well we are getting ready to walk out the door and so I wanted to post the few things into my journal. My sugar was much better today, best in 4 days, at a 107. My knee is in more pain since having the steroid shot than it was before. What gives there. I guess other than a headache this morning from not sleeping all is well and I say to myself once again "I AM TRUELY BLESSED". Oh yeah, lost 4 more lbs. when I went to the dr. yesterday making it a total of 21 lbs. HOOORAAAYYYYYY
