I'm 55 now and feeling every bit of it. Even with the aches and pains, I get up and around. Work around the house, and some around the outside (live on a corner lot, so there's a lot of outside). So Cal where I am has been triple digits, so most outside has to be fairly early; even in the evening it is hot and humid. the pool is calling me and it looks beautiful. Wish ya'll could come over and jump in too.
