Devil May Cry

After this is up, this devil may cry, but we will start with the avatar (appropriate name, you think)-this is actually an anime video game and the artwork was stolen from skinbase.org. view link

Then there is this photo, found in the Semi-Professional Photography group messages view link which was actually taken by Don Paulson view link

The following photos were originally in his photo center, or groups that he manages that have been recently deleted (hmmm, wonder why?). In any case, he’s obviously a fan of Maria Draper. All of these photos can be found on Webshots in various albums here view link See if you can find any more that may seem familiar to you.


Shall we go on to articles he has published in his The Green Thumb Gang. Shall we say that it is as fine an example of copy and paste as I’ve seen anywhere. Adding insult to injury, the following is his announcement in Semi-Professional Photography: view link It’s really interesting that after he got outed, a lot of the links to pictures he had posted in this group and other groups are broken.

Well, you are right, I did think those stunning photos and compositions were his own. I thought they were kind of amazing quality, but, didn't question it because I found it hard to believe someone would not give attribution.

(For the record, my photos, except for one raindrop splash, whose "use rights" I looked up, are all my own.)

From my own experience, he was back as 3 people that I am aware of. The first time this happened ( "weebee5jpf" was on my friend list) I felt terrible. It is never easier any time it happens. And very difficult for the people who were friends, as he seemed a likable, encouraging person. It's too bad he doesn't just go on that attribute, and just be who he IS, and not who he ISN'T. I am so afraid that won't be the case though.

That is one of the reasons I keep my pictures small - not uploading links to full size versions. If there were ever a question of ownership I have the original files with the digital "stamps".

In the old days, that was called Trolling. Though usually people with sock puppets used those to gang up others in some form or fashion.

Photo centers are available for viewing, even on a private profile. I just learned this the other night as I watched his photo center drop from 800 photos to 665 over the weekend. This one loves to load up his personal profile, but was having problems with it when they made the switchover in May. He started a private group around mid-May, but now that they have changed the group photo sections, that probably won't work for him anymore.

I can't imagine using Eons as a photo storage site. It's not what Eons was designed for. His "daughter" (?) has a recent ID (bratbrie) and has been posting today in Planet Earth. He apparently also has a son here but I didn't store his ID before I got unfriended by him. If I am able to figure out who the son is I will let you know. In the meantime, I would keep an eye on bratbrie.

About the National Gardening Association... If you would check, in that group a few pages back, gardensRus plainly states that he would be posting helpful articles from the magazine that he gets every once in a while. He never failed to give credit where it was due, and about Webshots. That site is like photobucket where more than 90 percent of the people on eons gets their photos. Not all of the pictures have names tagged onto them so that you can give credit. It's not his fault!! If you were misled in believing that those were written by him, that was your own fault, because he never said that they were.
