Last night an eons member was exposed for presenting himself as something he is not. Today, there has been a flurry of activity, deleting group posts and photos as well as the offending blogs. Truth is, the original activity has been suspect for quite some time, someone just had to be brave enough to expose this person in a group setting. It wasn't going to be me.

There are plenty of "trolls" on social networks and I have to admit that Eons does one of the better jobs of weeding these people out compared to other social networks I've been on. This isn't just happening in political groups but in really great informational and learning groups as well.

Copyrights are copyrights, and fair use requires acknowledging the author, photographer, poet, etc. Posting a complete cut and paste of anything without a link to the original source needs to be enforced.

Was I duped? For a short while I was, but I have been suspicious of this member for well over a month. I did not "out" this person, but someone else did, and it was about time. What was he thinking? If I recall, the phrase is, "you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool them all of the time".
