So I have this idea...I think Boomer's ought to help each other out. That is those of you that have your own business, why don't you reach out and hire other boomer's? I don't know where the idea came that we are not employable anymore! Boomer's are more reliable, we work hard, and we are more responsible. We have spent many years in our professions, and are willing to learn new things.
I think that is the answer, to the unemployment of our peers. So next time you need employees, why not hire someone over 50.
