Today I meet with my realtor...from the beginning of my saga, as Terri was dying, I knew I would need to move into something less expensive. We had bought 2 lots in Voyager Village view link a planned community...planned in they dictate what can/cannot be done according to the covenants and dictates...ie...I cannot paint my house purple, cannot drive a pickup into the back yard and leave it there, cannot have two trailers on the lots...it keeps the community looking nice, the values up and the 'trash' out (I snuck in)

I had the septic installed last fall after the lot was leveled for development and my in and out driveway was installed (I live on a corner so driveway will go from one street to the other...now if I can convince the mailman to use my driveway and put a mailbox outside my front door...that would be cool

I have been planning this move since Terri passed, stating that i would move in the spring...well spring is finally here and I haven't done much to prep for the move...I am still so filled with grief and the effects...I have no energy, no ambition...at my rate...I would be ready sometime next year and I would be out of money

On Friday, I called John and told him I was ready to get the house going...I knew he had people...people to help move, to help clean, to help pack and now was the time

in the next few weeks, I need my plans for the land (move trailer, size and placement of garage, deck to be approved so my old trailer can be moved and set up. Next I need to have the water well drilled and in this part of WI, it needs to be deep, 120' deep because of the iron in the soil. Then I need an electrician to come out, set a post for the elect, then NWE needs to come out and install the electric, then the electrician can wire the water well/pump...followed by telephone (and DSL), DISH (gotta watch CSI and my morning girl Robin Meade in HNN),

while all of this is going on, I will be overseeing the packing and donating of all the stuff in our house...I set the date at 2 June to give me a tight and definite deadline...thinking with the help of the people, I can get it done

I need to go 'up north' soon, to verify which park model I think is best... right now I believe I want the 38FLAD view link the model I am looking at is just like the 38FLA only D as in Dormer...like the cover photo

My requisites are 2 doors (primary and emergency), washer/dryer, full, for the most part, carpet...I have added need for water softener (they will prep) out door speakers for entertainment system, awning

After leaving the dealer, I will go to Webster (largest town near Webb Lake) and check out the Ace Hardware store for the board with the business cards of electricians, plumbers, contractors and get names and numbers of people I need...also I need to find a storage facility for the stuff I am moving up with me

Then I will go the our lots and stake out where the trailer is to go, as soon as the trailer is moved, I can have water, elect, phone etc installed and set up so I can move up there and let the people empty/clean the house so it can be sold

well, John was here, took some photos and will present the deal soon... he is also having someone stop over and bid on the packing/moving part of it...they want me to go around and put stickers on stuff for 'up north', stuff for auction and the rest will be thrown...I can do that..

my grocery bill go way down...I will be eating out of the pantry for the next few weeks...will only need eggs, OJ, coke, milk

am starting to switch over newsletters from my quest.net acct to gmail, when I move I will be using a different ISP...letting newspapers lapse as they come due for renewal...will try reading online, am making lists of what to do, whom to contact, etc...planning, actually something I am good at, will be very detailed and comprehensive

already at odds, a bit, with VV...the sales rep (who is also head of the overall VV committee) said a 32x24' garage is the largest I could build... the secretary for VV says according to rules/regs...760sq ft is the largest size garage...what was suggested is 8 sq ft over rules/regs (32x24 is a standard size for a garage)...hey...I'm not trying to park a pickup truck in the back yard!!!)

will now await the rulings of the committee re moving my old trailer and waiting for the packer/mover bid and realtor pitch

things will be starting to move very fast
