I need to see how many others have my problem...can't find stuff...knowing you just put something there but its disappeared...so I call it a 'Senior Moment'
and hope it shows up!
As long as my home is clean clutter doesn't bother me much.
When visitors and family come I tidy like crazy and then it only lasts for a while anyway...they bring there mess, but you want to make them feel comfortable so al least when they come it looks good.
I don't have dust at all because it tends to make me cough anyway..as long as its clean I can always pick up after I've done my creative work..painting..writing scrapbooking or seed beading...Now all of that is much more fun than organizing, and having to tidy.
Organization stifles my Creative Mind anyway!
When a creative thought comes to mind you have just got to go do ..and be creative!
I actually kept my place more in order when my husband was around...still had papers..so he told me I needed a computer, after he bought me a bookshelf for my magazines and papers and that did not work...He still loved me....
I have been a widow for quite a while now!
Wish I could find another understanding, easy going man like that again.!!!
