Living from Pay Check to Pay Check Missing 9 Years of My Life!
Some are finding it harder these days. With the high cost of heating oil and gasoline, many USA citizens are cutting back on entertainment cost. The rising cost of health insurance, car insurance and home insurance is fueling the need for everyone to cut back on cost.
Most are being squeezed on both ends. The self-employ are getting less income coming in. The small businesses are feeling the pinch on the economy as well.
Retirees are forced them to cut back on their spending. Including cutting back on grocery funds, turning down the thermostat, driving less and seeing their long distance families less.
Middle-income families are in the mixed. Higher income families are feeling the pinch.
Just this week, newscasts are citing that higher income people live an average 9 years longer than poverty level folks do. So I got to thinking, what would I miss if I did not live an extra 9 years?
I would miss 9 springs of not hearing the birds come to life in my backyard.
I would miss 9 years of not seeing my grandson grow up.
I would miss 9 years of no worry about paying my bills on time.
I would miss 9 years of not being able to promote helping other people around the globe.
I would miss 9 years of no visits to the beach in the summertime.
I would miss 9 years of not hearing my children still calling out my name. “Hey Mom where are you? I need you!”
What would you miss?

The Labor Department's much anticipated report showed a net loss of 80,000 jobs last month. That marks the third straight month that jobs have fallen - the longest period of decline since early 2003.
