Less than 2% of plastic bags ever get recycled.

Most of them end up in the water way and along the highways.

One blew in my backyard yesterday.

Did you know plastic bags can kill people?

One country banned their use in a certain town because the plastic bags jammed up the street gutters during a storm and thousands of people drown in the street.

They are a hazard to all including children, animals, fish and OUR environment.

So how do we stop using them? Can we do without them?

Remember the day when we only had paper bags?

Did we miss them or need them back then? NOT!

I know from now on I am going back to paper bags.

I have eyes. I can see we don't need these plastic bags in our backyards anymore!
