Well, good help is NOT hard to come by on Eons these days! Try the Help portal view link which is one stop shopping for everything help. Try the bottom of every page on Eons where it says "Help" or "Contact Help Team". Try the group "Getting Around on Eons" view link or the HTML Worshop view link to snazz up your profile.
Don't forget that Eons Advisors view link is a group where you offer suggestions to improve Eons, but not a group to go to for help.

New! Member Waiting Approval Problem Resolved
Group managers, some of you may have experienced a problem managing your group’s membership. We appreciate your patience while we worked on fixing the approval functionality. If you have a message on your Group homepage that says you have members waiting approval, you should now see them in the "Requests" tab within your Group's Members page.

Manage your Group members more easily!
This one's for you, Group Managers and Moderators! Now you can more easily manage your Group members by sorting the member list of your Group by "Last Visit", "Oldest Members First", and "Newest Members First". Simply go to the Members page of your Group and in the lower left corner of the page you'll find a dropdown menu labeled "Sort".
Let your Eons Friends know what you are doing right now!
Use our new Status Update feature to add a fun element to your Profile. We are about to call this feature "What's Up With You" thanks to your feedback! You can either choose on one our default statuses or you can type in something that shows what you are doing, thinking, or feeling. Show some creativity while telling your friends what's up with you!

We are fixing Badges!
We have made some progress on Eons Badges and we are happy to report that the Participant, the Story Teller, the Humor, the Friendship, the High Profile, the Dreamer, and the Blogger Badges are awarding as they should. We are still working on the Member Appreciation Badges so hang in there a bit more until we get this fixed. Member Appreciation Badges are the ones awarded at various stages to recognize the length of time you have been an active member of the Eons community.
Snazz up your Profile using the new Skins feature!
For you power users, we have recently given you a place to further personalize your Eons Profile. Now you can “skin” your Profile by editing your background and font and adding borders and custom CSS code. We will continue to work on this feature to improve it and to also offer some simpler options so that everyone will be able to snazz up their Profiles.
