I have been going to Curves for Women for 18 months now, I've lost 30 lbs and my cholesterol has gone down to an acceptable level, so it's good for me. But another good thing is ,it gets me out of the house,I can go meet friends at Curves and we can talk about things .. A lot of women my age go there,and they are very active women. You can see the difference in them from when they start and after a few months.. If they work hard enough ,there's a big change..
