Daydreamin posted a video about technology moving forward... it's hilarious... and soooo timely as we change over to the new version of Eons.

My biggest message to you is to just jump into it—the best way to learn something new is to just do it. (Did we boomers ever read the instruction manuals? I think not!) You've been asking for lots of features and functions over the last year. Well, here they come (not all of 'em, but many). Where to start? Here are some hints:

1. Nav menu drop downs Hold your cursor over each of the main nav (navigation) menu items (my eons, profile, explore, groups, people, games). You'll see drop down menus you can get to directly, giving you easier, faster navigation. Click around—you won't get lost!

2. Secondary nav menus Click one of the featured Groups on the home page, then check out the new Groups nav menu (e.g., GroupName » Home, Members, Messages, Photos, Files, Announcements, Preferences). Isn't it great to be able to jump from one place in the Group to another with a single click? Try out the secondary nav menu in Profiles, too. Click around—you won't break it!

3. Explore "explore" Check out these interesting "explore" spots: BOOMs, Photos, Videos, LifePath, Blogs, Longevity Calculator, Fun, Member Spotlight, Campaign Central. Click on "Fun." Did you even know we have all this stuff about Movies, Television, Books, Music, Dining Out, etc.? Click around—you'll have more fun than ever on Eons.

Don't be afraid. Jump in and get clicking. It's the very best way to discover all the great changes we've made. But one thing hasn't changed—you are still the heart and soul of the site—we've just made it easier for you to connect with others, find what you're looking for, speak your mind and have fun.

The site's just shouting out to you, "Click me!" You won't believe how quickly you'll "get it," when you do!
