I vaguely remember being nurtured and hanging out with a bunch of wiggly furry things! But my first true memory is of crawling out of a paper bag into a completely strange land! No food, no shelter, no nothing! I wandered around exploring my new surroundings. There were some buildings in the back away from where I was dropped off! It was starting to get dark and I was getting cold, then I saw it! A large furry creature crawling into a hole under the building! Could it be..............Mommy!
I scurried into the hole after it! I stopped and we both stared at each other for a while. Then it laid down and let me lay next to it! Mommy took me everywhere, in the garden, in the lawn, and best of all into the woods! She tried to get me to eat plants, but I liked the taste of bugs and frogs better! Every night we would go back to our hole under the building! Mommy was training me good! Then one day a bowl of milk appeared on the lawn! I started drinking! It really tasted good! Then all of a sudden, I got grabbed and hoisted up into the air! It was a human! I fought for all I was worth, but it was to no avail! As the human was carrying me away, I saw mommy peeking from around the corner! I only ever saw Mommy one more time when the big human was carrying her away in some kind of cage!
The human kept me in her building for a long time! Feeding me and giving a bed to sleep in! This was much better than the hole! I found that with a little patience and training, humans make pretty good slaves to my every whim!
Mommy is gone and my first home is filled in! I tried to dig it out, but the big human yells!
